Note module in XMedicus Medical System
XMedicus medical program obviously has a note function or memo function if you will.
Notes are created individually and together form the record.
Each note can contain diagnoses linked to patient diagnosetree.
Attaching images to the note can be done by uploading them directly from a digital camera or drag & drop from a folder.
